This company was founded by Yasmine Crivelli who, over the years, has developed a real passion for helping the people around her via massage therapy. She currently works as an independent and offers additional therapeutic treatments.
I worked mainly on my own during this rebranding and had monthly syncs with the client as I was working on this project in my free time. Early in the process, I collaborated with another graphic designer who created the new logo.
The client aimed to overhaul their website's branding to boost conversion rates, specifically targeting an increase in appointment bookings. The original site, a single-page design with various anchors, failed to accurately represent the client's current offerings.
The old website was created a couple of years ago using the program Wix. The client wished to continue using the same program, thus I suggested and implemented the following improvements:
1) Add a page for each part of the website to be displayed in order to make it reduce the amount of information & the length of it in the old single page dynamic.
2) Clarify what sections need to be emphasized and add an increased amount of CTAs for Contact and Bookings purposes
3) Improve the Testimonies page as it plays an important role in the conversion process of most clients as it works similar as "ratings & reviews" for e-commerce brands.
4) Adding important SEO keywords for better visibility and ultimately more conversions.
Just three months after the website's rebranding, the client experienced a significant surge in bookings and brand visibility. Leveraging her social media channels, she successfully cultivated a community that actively engaged with the new website, finding it far more user-friendly and accessible than its predecessor for contacting her.
